Our stores are open every day except on Sundays. However, we have a flexible marketing team who can see you at a time and place of your convenience even outside working days or hours.
HT clothes are made at the Spintex Branch, Accra. The store at Osu serves as our showroom.
We started operations in 2010 and became fully registered in 2012.
For now, we have 28 workers made up of tailoring and marketing staff and other departments.
As at now, HT is not into direct production of shoes. However, we do outsource men’s shoes from reliable producers both locally and internationally who make top-notch and quality ones. We are also looking at going into the production of other accessories such as cufflinks, lapel pins, among others.
Presently, we have stores only in Accra – at Osu and Spintex. Nonetheless, we will in due time extend our operations to other cities like Kumasi and Takoradi where there is increasing demand for our services.
We have flexible provisions for customers to make a 50% down payment on orders; the remaining half of the payment will be taken once the item is delivered or picked up. We accept cash, Mobile Money, Visa Card, MasterCard, bank transfers and QR Code payments.
All items come with unique instructions on the HT labels on how to properly handle and keep the clothes in impeccable conditions. Read the label for all the appropriate information.
Clothes may only be replaced and not returned. This however, is unusual since HT always delivers the best to customers.
Yes, we do. Wherever you are, we’ll get your orders to you.
The shipping time to a large extent determines when an item reaches its destination. However, it usually takes no more than two weeks.
